Air Filter Distribution Program

Valley Clean Air Now proudly announces the initiative to distribute free-of-charge portable air cleaners to households in some Mon Valley Communities directly impacted by the industrial pollution.

 

These air purifiers are designed to clean the air from the specific pollutants prevalent in our area, providing cleaner air and a better quality of life for all.

If you are living in Clairton, Glassport, Lincoln, Liberty, or Port Vue, fill our eligibility survey to participate in the free portable air cleaner distribution program.

2020 Clairton Air Filter Distribution Program

In July 2020, the Clairton Home Air Filter Distribution Program distributed 153 portable air cleaners to 47 Clairton homes and monitored the resulting impact on indoor air quality.

This project involved Clean Air CouncilClean Water ActionClean Water Fund, Community Partners in Asthma Care, Cornerstone Care Inc.One PA, ROCIS, Valley Clean Air Now (VCAN) & Women for a Healthy Environment.
